The food that you consume can also influence whether you will get acne. You need to stick to healthy and well-balanced diets if you wish to keep acne at bay. Fruits, vegetables, lean meat, nuts, and whole grains should be included in your diets. Vitamin A, in particular, has the ability to flush out the oils proteins that cause acne from the skin. Examples of foods that contain vitamin A are carrots, broccoli, spinach, and salmon among many others. You can use natural food supplements as well if you cannot get access to the foods that contain vitamin A. for some individuals, certain types of foods can cause acne due to allergies.
